Participants create funny, relevant, and creative memes related to technology, programming, or campus life using tools like Canva or any graphic editor. Humor, originality, and relatability are key judging criteria. Team Members : 1 participant per team Registration Fee : PKR 250 Allowed Tools : Canva | Adobe Express | PicsArt | Any online meme or graphic editor. TEAM MEMBERS : • 1 participant per team . • Solo event . COMPETITION RULES : 10.Meme topic will be announced on the spot. 11.Time limit: 20 minutes. 12.Content must be original and created during the event. 13.Memes must be tech-related or event-themed. 14.Offensive, political, or inappropriate content is strictly .prohibited. 15.Participants must bring their own device. 16.Internet access will be provided for tool usage only. 17.Watermarked templates may be used as base — original overlay and text required. 18.Final decision will be made by the judges. EVALUATION CRITERIA : • Humor and entertainment value (35%). • Relevance to the given topic (25%). • Creativity and originality (25%). • Design quality (15%).

Meme Round : Topic (announced on the spot — prepare for similar): "When your code works on the first try" Instructions: 1. Open Canva / Adobe Express / PicsArt on your personal device. 2. Create a meme using any standard meme format (drake, distracted boyfriend, etc.). 3. The meme must relate to programming, CS life, or the Code War event. 4. Add original text overlay — copied captions from the internet are penalized. 5. Time limit: 20 minutes. Submit as PNG/JPG.
